Breaking up is hard to do. Especially if you’re in a toxic relationship.
So for Valentine’s Day, we made breaking up as easy as pushing a button. Literally. Helping people get rid of the bad energy in their lives as we replaced it with Mountain Dew Energy.
We initially pitched a website that would send your significant other a break up email, signed by you and Dew.
Then a Social Media Manager sliding into your soon-to-be ex’s DM’s with a pre-written but personalized break up note.
Then it turned into a series of break up cards, ranging from breaking up with your partner to breaking up with your job to breaking up with Zoom calls and sweatpants.
There was even a Tinder Swindler reference…
BUT…
We got to work with the @insta.single meme empire to launch the activation.
Unfortunately, their memes didn’t make much sense so they just wound up using mine.
